You play with the hand that is dealt to you. In this case, that means taking full advantage of the verticality of the condo apartment. What is essentially a small unit, the designer has managed to enlarge it using crafty tricks and creative ideas.
The vertical height of each room has been additionally emphasized and taken advantage of. In the living room, the high ceiling has been used to create a sky effect which adds depth.
The kitchen, dining room and the living room are essentially one large and spacious room. The kitchen is an open concept one, and the designer has removed even the kitchen island to create more space.
In a typical modern and Scandinavian style, the designer mixes wood and tiles, and the living room is the best example for it (e.g. the TV feature wall).
In the children room, the verticality and the height of the apartment comes to full display. Even the bottom bed is lifted, and the space under can be used for storage. The upper bed is not built in a typical manner (e.g. one over the other). Instead, the upper bed looks more like a tower.
And in the bedroom, the designer plays with the height, adding built in wardrobes from floor to ceiling to maximize the potential of the given space.
