Thanks to the height of this HDB home, it was actually able to create additional loft room. While there is not much width to play with, the height of the apartment certainly allows for some creative ways to take advantage of the space.
For example, the designer has built in some shelves inside the stairs, but instead of using them for storage, the designer adds sophisticated and elegant look to the modern design with some sculptures and objects.
One thing that you cannot say is that the designer doesn’t use the space he has been given. Another clever example is the office room. The office room cannot be classified as a room, as it is mostly a hallway from the stairs to the bedroom.
But clever designing has made the space into a small working corner. In the bedroom, we have the best example of how great a black and white combination might look with a splash of vivid colours.
Everything in the design of the apartment is mostly done in black and white. Even the pictures are black and white. But then, a splash of neon / ocean blue in the bedroom make the room look stylish and fashionable.
