The trick to make one small apartment look like a big apartment is to manage to pull different corners for different purpose in the living area.

The designer manages that goal to perfection. The living area features three different corners: the main corner with the TV, the dining corner, and a study corner.

Even the kitchen is of open concept, but separated from the living area with glass panels. However, with the glass being transparent, it gives the whole area bigger picture and outlook.

Going back to the living area, the modern industrial outlook is clearly visible. With brick like texture on the TV wall, and industrial lighting on the ceiling, all the basic and core principles are there.

As for the study corner, the best part about is the sliding ladder. We rarely see a sliding ladder in a small HDB apartment, but it works perfectly here. The ladder is perfect for both visual and practical purposes.

In the kitchen, the designer opts for a different style, going rustic as opposed to the modern living area. The wood finishing on the elements fit nicely with the quarts top.

The bed in the bedroom is placed on a lifted platform, with illumination beneath it. Additionally, the bedroom features a seating area next to the windows.
