Every HDB home can be cozy, warm and comfortable, if you make it such. But the main theme here it seems to be family. And when we talk about family, we are talking about the legacy of the family, the importance of family and tradition in our lives.
The living room is small, but cozy. What makes the room warm and provides a touch of tradition are the objects on the TV cabinet. They are not your everyday prestigious objects. Instead, they look like they have greater value to the family, than to others.
Flowers and plants play a huge role in the design here, providing a breath of freshness.
Flooring is another aspect that might get overlooked. In this case, both the hallway and the living room are unconventional. While parquet is the common choice, the designer goes for tiles and a mosaic in the hallway.
Another signature element is the wall of pictures. Showing a love for art, and an artistic touch, the designer places all the pictures on one wall. While it might look crowded, the wall actually represents a museum within the apartment.
